This U.S. Ceramic Tile Avila Lines 12 in. x 24 in. Beige Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features warm tones with a patterned effect for added visual appeal to enhance any space. The tile is suitable for both residential and commercial installations, including heavy-duty floors and countertops, offering a versatile option for most applications. Due to the impervious nature of the tile, you can also utilize it for exterior projects in multiple seasons to expand the design of your space to include outdoor living areas. The glazed surface is skid resistant even when wet for added safety.

• Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
• 12 in. long x 24 in. wide x 5/16 in. thick
• Glazed smooth finish with a medium sheen and a slight variation in tone
• P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
• Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
• Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .65 wet is skid resistant for indoor and outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA Guidelines
• Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
